Experience
The firm conducts statutory audits of a number of medium and small sized companies, LLPs, partnership firms and other entities covering wide range of businesses. The audits are conducted as per the requirements of the Indian GAAP, Companies Act, and Income Tax Act and according to Indian/International Accounting Standards as applicable in the Indian context.
The firm functions as internal auditors, to a number of large and medium sized public and private limited companies. In addition to handling the function of internal audit, we also interact with the top management on a regular basis on issues relating to job distribution/responsibility allocation in the accounts department, MIS relating to accounts, internal control procedures and systems. As internal Auditors, we also attend all Audit Review meetings of the Audit Committee of the companies when called upon to do so.
