Statutory Audits
The firm conducts statutory audits of a number of medium and small sized companies, LLPs, partnership firms and other entities covering wide range of businesses. The audits are conducted as per the requirements of the Indian GAAP, Companies Act, and Income Tax Act and according to Indian/International Accounting Standards as applicable in the Indian context.
Internal Audits
The firm functions as internal auditors, to a number of large and medium sized public and private limited companies. In addition to handling the function of internal audit, we also interact with the top management on a regular basis on issues relating to job distribution/responsibility allocation in the accounts department, MIS relating to accounts, internal control procedures and systems. As internal Auditors, we also attend all Audit Review meetings of the Audit Committee of the companies when called upon to do so.
Taxation and Tax Planning
The firm handles tax matters ranging from filing of tax returns, attending to assessment proceedings and appeal matters up to the Tribunal level under the Income Tax Act and Goods & Service Tax Act. Additionally, the firm also renders consultancy in tax planning to a cross section of clientele covering Individuals, proprietorships, partnerships, companies and other entities like Trusts & Co-op. Societies.
Legal Matters
The firm handles a variety of matters covering the Indian Companies Act, Income Tax Laws, Partnership Act, Provident Fund Act, etc., which include incorporation, dissolutions, drafting/settling of documents, briefing counsel/solicitors on behalf of the clients.
Investment Advisory Services
The firm renders advisory services to individual clients on investments/ insurance covering a range of investment alternatives from Equities, Bonds, Debentures, Deposits to Mutual Funds..
Business Planning
The firm has successfully handled a few mergers and acquisitions, one of which involved an international hospitality services chain entering into Indian operations. We have also been involved in a demerger of a business division involving two public limited The services rendered include conducting due diligence audits, valuation of business, structuring the purchase consideration, etc.
Succession Planning
The firm also renders family and business succession planning services for High Networth Individuals, HUFs etc.
